Change can be difficult. Facing a life change/transition can create anxiety in us, fill us with grief over what we have lost and leave us feeling confused and uncertain about the future. WIT is a psycho-educational and support
group for women who are going through different transitions in life. Transitions could be of any kind including divorce, death of a loved one,job loss, empty nest, caring for a loved one, illness/injury, relocation etc.
Being recently diagnosed with idiopathic progressive polyneuropathy I was looking for a support
group because in the past I have used such groups to help myself understand and cope with certain situations like grief, alcoholism, etc. I am a member of the Neuropathy Association and with their support
